Network Rules

1. General Information

Gamblex.net is a FREE-to-join Gambling Advertising Network that allows operation in two different programs: Banner Exchange and Network Advertising.

In Banner Exchange Program participating websites exchange ad impressions. The exchange ratio is 3:2. This means that for every 3 banners you show on your website, your banner will be seen 2 times at another participating site. The rest of impressions constitute Network commission. Gamblex.net uses earned impressions for its own discretion.

In Network Advertising Program Members agree to expose on their sites commercial advertising. This means that Advertiser could buy ad impressions on Network participating sites or on chosen Member's site. In this program Members are paid in real money for fulfilled campaigns. Gamblex.net commission constitutes 50% of total campaign cost. Network commission is the difference between costs of system event for Advertiser and for Publisher. Advertiser receives fulfillment of the campaign in full measure in the frames of his budget.

2. Members Account

Gamblex.net Member gets the right to register one network account in which he could add and manage limitless number of sites. New Members are subject to review before account can be activated. Network administration reserves the right to ban membership without any comments. Any account not used for 30 days in a row will automatically be subject to termination.

The Member is responsible for keeping login data safe. Any claims concerning improper acts on Member's account excepting cases of evident meddling from third parties do not consider.

3. Requirements for sites
  • English spelt web sites only
  • Site must be finished, no coming soon pages or signs
  • All hyperlinks work
  • Daily ad impressions not less than 5 000
  • No adult orientated material, violence, illegal content or software
  • No dubious traffic sources

New Sites are subject to post-moderation. Network administration reserves the right to ban sites without any comments.

The site could be banned by network administration if CTR is 2 times lower than the average network CTR.


4. Requirements for HTML-code placing

Members agree to include the full unmodified HTML code provided by Gamblex.net for displaying banner ads on their web site, in as many pages as they wish.

HTML code should not be included into web-pages and frames that:

  • automatically reload
  • go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push)
  • on a page which is inaccessible to the general surfing population including but not limited to pop-up windows and hidden frames
  • pages that are unrelated to the site being advertised
  • pages without content (separate page or banner frame)

HTML-code should not be included in the frequently renewed web-pages: games, chats, tests as well as in mailers.

All banners should be placed on the visible part of the web-page. Gamblex.net supports all possible banner formats and sizes. We rely on discretion of our members and recommend not overloading web-pages with banners.

5. Requirements for banners

No pornographic, hate speech, violent or racist banners allowed. All banners will be approved individually prior to going live on the network. We reserve the right to reject any banner.

Members have the right to place banners from other banner exchange banner networks on the same page.

6. Payments

In Banner Exchange Program system events are counted in virtual money (v$) according to Network rates. Accrued funds could be used by Member inside the system for buying impressions according to Network rates

In Network Advertising Program all events are billed in real money ($), as they are pre-paid by Advertisers. Payments are provided in accordance to mutual agreement with Members taking part in this program.

Payments are provided to Members during the first 5 business days of the month followed by the month when the advertising campaign was totally served.

All payments are available through: Neteller, PayPal, WebMoney, Wire transfer.

7. Miscellaneous

Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from Gamblex.net and forfeit any credits pending on his/her account.

Members could renounce participating in Gamblex.net any time. For that just remove HTML-code from all pages; all accounts that are inactive for 30 days or more will be deleted to save space on our server and maintain performance levels for active members. However, you may sign up again if you wish.

All members agree to utilize the services Gamblex.net at their own risk. Gamblex.net, its administrators and partners cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the service.

Network administration reserves the right to change and make alterations to present Rules.
